How long is the voucher valid?

6 months from the date of purchase as standard. If it expires, we can usually agree on an extension.

Can the voucher be extended?

Yes — individually, just email us at info@pitland.cz. A short extension is usually no problem.

How do I redeem the voucher?

The lucky rider enters the voucher code at pitland.cz/en/redeem-voucher, picks a time — done.

Can the voucher be returned?

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase, as long as no time has been redeemed yet. See our terms and conditions.
