A great team that creates a good vibe right from the reception desk, explains everything and, when needed (my case :)), gives you a bit of encouragement too. Complete beginners have nothing to worry about either — you'll manage just fine and come away with lovely memories. They also have vouchers, so you can give it to someone close to you for a birthday and such. Definitely recommend.”
