You know that feeling when you’re planning a group event, whether for your friends, colleagues or team, and you want to find the perfect venue that will satisfy all the participants? It’s difficult, isn’t it? They all have different interests, preferences and expectations. What’s more, you want the event to be fun, exciting and unforgettable. But how to achieve this? How to find a place that offers everything necessary for a great experience?

We offer the rental of the entire hall for 12 to 48 riders, which includes all the equipment and facilities necessary for an unforgettable event.

HOW DOES IT WORK ?
During the reservation, we‘ll agree on the course of the event in advance and prepare a turnkey programme that will be taken care of by at least 6 of our SAMs. After registration, changing clothes and a two-minute instruction video, we’ll first divide into small groups of 3-4 riders, and we’ll safely tame the ePit in the training areas.
As soon as we’re sure that the riders are able to safely move around the track, we’ll begin with measured rides on it. We’re always ready to respond to the team’s needs and dynamic.
For competitive types, we organise qualifying and final races that are an excellent finish to the whole event, and guarantee unforgettable experiences.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
12-24 people:
2 hour PROGRAMME – flat rate of 30,000 CZK ex VAT for a maximum of 12 people.
+ every additional person + 1,500 CZK ex VAT/person (maximum 24 people).
The listed prices are applicable for weekdays. Weekends and public holidays are +15%.
18-36 people:
3 hour PROGRAMME – flat rate of 45,000 CZK ex VAT for a maximum of 18 people.
+ every additional person + 2,000 CZK ex VAT/person (maximum 24 people).

24-48 people:
4 hour PROGRAMME – flat rate of 60,000 CZK ex VAT for a maximum of 24 people.
+ every additional person + 2,000 CZK ex VAT/person (maximum 48 people).

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
An entertaining programme that contains a short video, fun exercises supervised by SAMs, measured track heats and optional races at the end
Rental of the entire facility for only your group
All equipment (overalls, helmet, gloves, boots, functional clothing, towel)
Basic refreshments – water, coffee, tea
And that’s not all! As part of the hall rental, all the facilities and equipment are for your use only. The premises are available one hour before the event, and also at least one hour after the end of the programme. Accompanying persons, i.e. those not riding, do not need to be taken into account in the price. The capacity of the facility is up to 80 people.
